Overview
Access People Management by opening your project settings and selecting "People" from the Workspace section.

Managing People
The exact features available in the People Management widget depend on your workspace configuration. Common operations include:
Inviting New People
Click "Invite" or "Add Member" in the widget
Enter the person's email address
Assign an appropriate role (Admin, Memeber, or Viewer)
Optionally add a welcome message
Send the invitation
The person will receive an email with instructions to join your workspace.
Assigning Roles

Click on their current role
Select a new role from the dropdown
Confirm the change
Changes take effect immediately, and the user's permissions will update accordingly.
Removing People
Find the person you want to remove
Click the remove/delete icon
Confirm the removal
The person immediately loses access to the workspace
Warning: Removing someone revokes all their access immediately. Make sure to reassign any critical work before removal.
Security Best Practices
Principle of Least Privilege: Grant the minimum role necessary for each person's job
Regular Audits: Review people list quarterly and remove those who no longer need access
Prompt Offboarding: Remove access immediately when someone leaves the team
Strong Passwords: Enforce strong password requirements
Limit Admins: Keep the number of administrators to a minimum
